Machine Grade Cast Stretch Film
Machine grade cast stretch film is engineered for powered wrapping equipment, where the film is pre-stretched mechanically before it reaches the load. Its higher elongation — up to roughly 500% — means a single roll covers substantially more pallets than a comparable hand grade roll, which is where most of the cost saving on a high-throughput line comes from. Consistent gauge across the web is critical here, because a thin spot becomes a film break and a stopped line.
