Quality & Certifications
Packaging film fails in ways that are expensive and invisible until they are not. A thin spot in the web becomes a break on the wrapper. An inconsistent gauge between deliveries quietly changes how a machine has to be set. Control is the product.
Certifications
ISO 9001 Certified Company
Quality management systems certified to the ISO 9001 standard, covering raw material intake, extrusion, slitting and despatch.
ZED Certified Company
Zero Defect Zero Effect certification under the Government of India MSME scheme, recognising quality output achieved alongside environmental responsibility.
How quality is controlled
- 1
Raw material intake
Resin is checked on arrival before it reaches the extruder. Film properties are set by the polymer going in, so an out-of-spec input cannot be corrected downstream.
- 2
Cast extrusion
The cast process gives the clarity, quiet unwind and consistent cling that the stretch film range depends on, with gauge held across the web.
- 3
In-process checks
Thickness and elongation are verified against the specification for the grade being run, because a roll that misses elongation will not deliver the yield the customer costed for.
- 4
Slitting and winding
Film is slit to the ordered width and wound onto the specified core — 25 mm or 76 mm across the stretch range — with winding tension controlled so rolls do not telescope in transit.
- 5
Despatch
Rolls are checked and packed for the journey, with export consignments prepared for container loading.
